Welcome to Mulberry Counselling
I'm Asma Sharif, a BACP-registered counsellor (Registered Member 392224, MBACP) working person-centredly. My approach centres on the relationship between us as the vehicle for healing and growth — a warm, affirming space where you can explore your experiences and emotions without judgment, at your own pace.
I've worked with clients aged 17 to 70, from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and religious backgrounds, on concerns including anxiety, loneliness, bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship breakdown. I also bring particular experience in culturally and faith-sensitive counselling, and in supporting people through grief.
